Get all the facilities that are supposed to be provided to you documented by the landlord signed by him. Clear your queries regarding matters like repainting, refurbishing or other such improvements that need to be made. All the documents and papers have to be signed.
Get all the aspects regarding security deposits very clear leaving no room for any sort of confusion or problems in the future. Since, there are times when you might get charged for damages that you might have not made. Make note of all the damages that have already been made if any and inform about them to the landlord.
